PILATESremix is a fun Pilates hybrid workout combining legendary fitness techniques with beat dropping music all performed on our customized reformer. The 50 minute full-body workout consists of smooth, continuous, and controlled movements that will make you sweat, shake, burn and BEYOND. Once you get onto our bed – sleep is not an option.
BEYOND500 makes it’s debut at our Preston Hollow studio after an incredible response at our Henderson studio in October 2014.
This workout it cardio intensity reformed. It’s the newer, safer–but just as body-transforming–alternative to high-intensity interval training. The BEYOND PHIT (Pilates Hybrid Interval Training) Method combines three disciplines to create the most efficient and balanced workout system: Pilates-inspired functional movements, cardio intervals and strength exercises. Like all BEYOND workouts, you’re guaranteed a sweaty, intense and mind-freeing 50-minute session. Sure, you may have taken a treadmill-based class before, sat in a chair, and seen a kettlebell, but you’ve never experienced all three elements together like this.
The updated Preston Hollow studio interior includes a more welcoming lobby, a little more boom in the beats, six self-propelled treadmills and six MVe Pilates chairs, and new lighting on the horizon.
